Sign Up for Delegate Education Program Workshops

The Delegate Education Program is now open for online registration and can be accessed by clicking on the following link https://home.ufcw.org/dts/login.asp. In order to register you must enter the Local Union number and the Delegate or Alternate ID number listed on the Delegate or Alternate’s credentials. Please contact your local union if you do not know your ID number.

U.S. Delegate Travel Reimbursement

Please be advised that U.S. delegate travel reimbursement forms and instructions are now available on the UFCW Delegate website https://www.ufcwdelegate2013.org. These forms are intended for delegates who booked their own travel to the convention or who used the designated travel agent, Metropolitan Travel, and wish to claim baggage charges.

The aforementioned delegate website was used for the credentials process and can only be accessed by the person at the local who has been assigned the local union user ID and password. The forms can be printed or saved to a pdf and then provided to delegates for completion.

It is intended that Local Unions distribute these forms to their delegates.

Keep in mind that forms must be accompanied by original receipts (unless the delegate drives to the convention) and the forms require both the signature of the delegate and the President of the Local Union.  Reimbursement forms should be completed after the convention and submitted to the UFCW Accounting Department by September 16th, 2013.

While we encourage Locals to use the above described process to distribute forms to their delegates, you may also request further information from the Information Desk at Unity Hall during convention week.

Canadian Delegate Travel Reimbursement

Delegate travel reimbursement forms will be distributed to Local Union Presidents at the convention.  Any questions on the reimbursement procedures should be directed to the UFCW Canada National Office.
